60 Minutes - Time Begins...
Classic Vs. Duel Explained
The classic format is where a small group of people work together as a team to solve puzzles and escape from a mysterious room within 60 minutes. Only one half of participants manage to escape within the given time. In order to accommodate groups larger than 6/7 players, games can be played as a duel, which adds a new element of competition to the excitement. The duel format is where two teams go head to head in one game, in two 30 minute sets. The game is divided in two halves. In the first round, Team A is in the first half of a game and has to try solve all puzzles and enter the room where Team B is playing. Team B has to solve all their puzzles and escape before Team A catches up to them. There is a reset after 30 minutes. Both teams switch rooms and continue for another 30 minutes. The first team to escape with the overall best time or most puzzles solved wins.
